Unitised facades

 

Increasing requirements to the quality of work have made a considerable impact on the design of suspended facades. It has led to transferring the basic place of creation of facade elements from building sites to manufacturing units.

Elements (modules) of the facade, they are also the elements of the building envelope, are manufactured in the factory from aluminum and glass with high accuracy. Then, using a simple suspension system, the elements are mounted on a framework made ​​of conventional construction tolerances. Element facades at the expense of high degree of preliminary assemblage show considerable advantage in comparison with usual suspended facades because of the observance of terms, excellent quality and low expenses.

Advantages of unitised facades

- shorter installation   and commissioning terms  and as a consequence fast return of investments;

- high quality of the products and the level of engineering work of  the facade construction;

- increase in the rent area (the construction of a unitised facade is hung out of the overlapping, not  put on it);

- installation is carried out without the use of scaffolding;

- fewer technological operations are required at installation on a building site, as the finished facade element is being installed;

- observance of the  terms of  works due to less dependence on weather conditions;

- possibility of carrying out finishing works on earlier terms of installation, thanks to floor-by-floor installation;
