The object is a modern five-floor office building with the facing of two-color ceramic brick, composite decorative elements and chaotically located windows. The construction is being carried out in restricted conditions.

  • natural granite on base - 100sq.m.
  • heavy ventilated facade on the subsystem Halfen Deha with the facing with ceramic brick Wienerberger (Finland, Estonia) - 1300 sq.m.
  • complicated architectural forms made of composite materials on the principle of a ventilated facade- 450 sq.m.
  • translucentconstructions on the base of profiles AGC 68 (windows, doors) and AGC 150 (stained glass) – 300 sq.m.
